Application
The ZBGX series center-driven single/double-pipe suction machine is designed for large and medium-sized circular sedimentation tanks with peripheral inlet/outlet and central sludge discharge. It is primarily used for suction and extraction of sludge in secondary sedimentation tanks within municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Uniform Flow Distribution: The peripheral inlet and outlet channels are specially designed with sectional weirs to ensure even water distribution and collection.
Robust Drive System: Utilizes a combined helical and worm gear reducer to provide high torque output and operational reliability, equipped with overload protection.
Adaptive Sludge Pipe Configuration: Employs a single suction pipe for tanks ≤40m and double pipes for tanks >40m.
Non-Interference Sludge Removal: The horizontal perforated sludge suction pipe discharges sludge without disrupting density currents or flow stability.
Optimized Suction Design: The tapered suction pipe features a variably spaced orifice layout (small to large from inner to outer) to ensure balanced suction across the tank bottom, increasing sludge concentration and reducing reflux power consumption.
Flexible Skimming Options: Available with either plate skimmers or pipe skimmers (plate type as standard).
Ease of Control: Supports both local and remote automatic operation for ease of use and integration.

Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
