It effectively intercepts large solid floating debris to ensure unimpeded water flow and protect downstream equipment.
The SL series adopts a downstream-back type rotary chain mechanism. The screen surface consists of toothed rake plates and fixed bars.
Operation Process:
Wastewater flows through the bar screen, where debris larger than the bar spacing is captured.
The toothed rake plates penetrate the bar gaps and are driven by a traction chain in a continuous rotary motion.
Debris is lifted upward from the bottom and discharged at the top outlet.
As the rake plates move downward, debris falls by gravity into a conveyor or collection hopper for further processing.
A secondary screen is installed at the bottom to prevent hydraulic short-circuiting and ensure complete debris removal.
Efficient Drive System: Cycloidal pinwheel or helical gear reduction motor ensures quiet, compact, and stable operation.
High-Capacity Rake Design: Oblique-tip rake teeth integrated with horizontal shafts enable effective capture of large debris.
