Working Principle

1. Pneumatic Loading: Lime powder is delivered by tanker truck through the feed pipe. The integrated silo-top dust collector filters and releases air, maintaining a dust-free environment.

2. Automated Level Control: High/Low-level alarms (with indicators and PLC signals) manage inventory. The system automatically notifies for refilling and safely shuts down if levels become critically low.

3. Precise Metering & Conveying: Upon demand, dry lime is reliably discharged via the vibrator, star feeder, and screw conveyor into the dissolving tank.

4. Slurry Preparation: Water is automatically added, and the mixer creates a homogeneous lime milk solution of the desired concentration.

5. Dosing Cycle: The dosing pump draws from the storage tank. The PLC automatically initiates a new preparation cycle when the slurry level drops to a preset point, ensuring a continuous supply.
